Privacy Policy
Last updated: 3 October 2026
In short: this website sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising, embeds no social media, and does not send anything you type to our servers. The only thing it may save in your browser is your sound on/off preference, and only if you turn the sound on.
1. Who we are
PG Design Interior Studio ("PG Design", "we"), BK Tower, SH40, Thodupuzha, Kerala 685584, India. Phone: +91 95444 49585. For the purposes of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 ("DPDP Act"), we are the Data Fiduciary for any personal data you choose to send us.
2. What this website collects
Nothing is collected or stored by this website itself. There is no account system, no newsletter, no tracking and no server-side form.
- Contact form. When you fill in the form, the text is assembled inside your browser only. It is sent only if you then choose "Send via WhatsApp", "Send as SMS" or "Call instead". The message then travels through the app you chose (WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta Platforms, Inc., or your mobile carrier) under that provider's own privacy terms. What we receive is what you chose to send: your name, your phone number or email, and your message.
- Sound preference. If you switch the background sound on, we save a single item named
pg-sound in your browser's local storage so the choice is remembered on your next visit. It contains no identifier and is never sent anywhere. Switching sound off removes it; you can also clear it from your browser settings.
3. Third-party resources your browser loads
To display this page, your browser requests files from the following providers. When it does, your IP address and basic browser information are visible to them, as with any web request. We do not receive this information.
| Provider | What for | Provider's policy |
| Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com) | Typefaces | policies.google.com/privacy |
| Google (lh3.googleusercontent.com) | Hosting of our studio photographs | as above |
| jsDelivr CDN (cdn.jsdelivr.net) | Animation and smooth-scroll libraries | jsdelivr.com/terms/privacy-policy |
Links to Google Maps and WhatsApp open those services in a new window; they are not embedded in this page.
4. Hosting logs
Like almost every website, the server that hosts pgdesign.in may keep standard access logs (IP address, time, page requested, browser type) for security and fault-finding. These are kept by the hosting provider for the period set in its own policy and are not used by us to identify visitors.
5. Why we use your data and on what basis
We use the details you send us only to reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to provide our design services. Under the DPDP Act this is based on your consent (you tick a box before preparing a message) and on data you voluntarily provide for a specified purpose (section 7(a)). For visitors in the EU/UK, the equivalent basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in answering you (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and (f)).
6. How long we keep it
Enquiry messages are kept for as long as needed to answer you and, if you become a client, for the duration of the project and any period required by Indian tax and accounting law. If you do not become a client we delete your message when it is no longer needed, or sooner on request.
7. Sharing
We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. We do not share it with anyone except the communication providers you yourself chose to use (see section 2) and, where legally required, public authorities.
8. Your rights
India (DPDP Act 2023): you may ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or erased, withdraw consent at any time, nominate another person to exercise your rights, and raise a grievance with us. If you are not satisfied with our response you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
European Economic Area and United Kingdom (GDPR / UK GDPR): you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. This website is directed at customers in India; we do not target EEA/UK residents, but if you contact us we will honour these rights.
California (CCPA/CPRA): we do not sell or share personal information and do not use it for cross-context behavioural advertising. You may request to know, delete or correct the information we hold.
Other regions: we respect the rights given by the privacy law that applies where you live.
To exercise any right, call us on +91 95444 49585 or visit the studio. We will respond within the time required by the applicable law and in any case within 30 days.
9. Children
This website is not directed at persons under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Because nothing you type is transmitted to or stored by this website, the main security of your message depends on the app you choose to send it with.
11. Changes
If we change how this website handles data we will update this page and the date at the top.
Cookie Policy
Last updated: 3 October 2026
This website does not use cookies. No analytics, advertising, social-media or tracking cookies are set, which is why you do not see a cookie banner.
Browser storage we may use
| Name | Type | Purpose | Set when | Expires |
pg-sound | Local storage (not a cookie) | Remembers whether you turned the background sound on or off | Only after you press the Sound button | Never automatically; removed when you turn sound off or clear browser data |
This item is strictly necessary to provide a feature you explicitly asked for, contains no personal data or identifier, and is never transmitted. Under the EU ePrivacy Directive, the UK PECR and India's data protection rules, no consent banner is required for storage of this kind.
Third-party cookies
Fonts, images and script libraries are loaded from Google and jsDelivr (see the Privacy Policy, section 3). According to their published documentation these requests do not set cookies for this website. We do not embed maps, videos, social feeds or any other third-party frames.
Managing storage
You can view or delete local storage at any time through your browser's privacy or site-data settings. Doing so will not affect your use of this website, other than resetting the sound preference.

Any design services we provide are governed by a separate written agreement, which prevails over these terms in case of conflict.
2. Information only
The content of this website is a general introduction to our studio. It is not professional, structural or engineering advice and does not constitute an offer. Photographs show our work and the spaces we have been involved in; results for any project depend on its brief, site and budget.
3. Intellectual property
All text, photographs, graphics and the name and tagline "PG Design — You dream, we capture" are owned by or licensed to PG Design Interior Studio and are protected under the Indian Copyright Act 1957 and international treaties. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Any other reproduction, scraping or use requires our written permission.

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use it to send unlawful, abusive or deceptive messages to us.
5. Third-party links and services
Links to Google Maps, WhatsApp and other services are provided for convenience. Those services are operated by third parties under their own terms and privacy policies; we are not responsible for them.
6. No warranties; limitation of liability
The website is provided "as is". We make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate and available but do not guarantee that it is error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act 2019 (India).
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts having jurisdiction over Thodupuzha, Idukki District, Kerala shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-forum rights you may have.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 3 October 2026
No payments are taken through this website. It has no shop, booking or checkout function. Fees for our services are agreed in writing with each client before work begins.
1. How our services are engaged
Interior design work is engaged under a written proposal or agreement that sets out the scope, the schedule, the fee and the payment stages. That document is the binding statement of what is payable and what is refundable for your project.
2. Consultations
If a consultation fee applies, it will be stated to you in advance. A consultation may be rescheduled at no charge with reasonable notice. Where a consultation fee has been paid and we are unable to attend, it will be refunded in full.
3. Cancelling a project
Either party may end an engagement in accordance with the written agreement. On cancellation by the client, fees are payable for work actually completed and for materials or third-party costs already committed on the client's behalf; any advance paid in excess of this is refunded. On cancellation by us for reasons within our control, advances for work not yet performed are refunded in full.
4. Timing of refunds
Approved refunds are returned by the same method the payment was made, normally within 14 working days.
5. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 2019 (India). If you have a complaint, please raise it with us first on +91 95444 49585 so we can put it right. You may also contact the National Consumer Helpline on 1915 or approach the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.
Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 3 October 2026
We want everyone to be able to use this website. It has been built with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA as the target, which is also the standard referenced by India's Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act 2016 and the Guidelines for Indian Government Websites.
What we have done
- Every page element can be reached and operated with a keyboard, including the menu, image viewer, chapter controls and this dialog. A "Skip to content" link appears on first Tab press.
- Text and background colours meet or exceed the AA contrast ratio of 4.5:1 for normal text.
- Images carry text alternatives; purely decorative repeats are marked so screen readers skip them.
- Form fields have visible labels, clear error messages that are announced, and a plainly labelled submit button.
- Animation, smooth scrolling and background sound respect your system's "reduce motion" setting; sound is off by default and never autoplays.
- The page works without JavaScript and remains readable on screens from 320 px wide upwards.
Known limitations
- The studio's photographs are described generically because detailed captions were not available at the time of publishing. We will add fuller descriptions as they are written.
- The "A Day" section is a scroll-driven presentation; if you find it difficult to use, the same photographs are available in the Frames section as a simple gallery.
